Delete Your Account

You can delete your DiveSlate account at any time using either of the options below.

When your account is deleted, your profile, saved sites, sightings, and personal data are removed from our active systems. We retain only what's required for legal or financial compliance, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Option 1 — Fastest

Delete from inside the app

The quickest way to remove your account is directly from the DiveSlate app:

  1. Open the DiveSlate app and sign in
  2. Go to Settings → Account
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm when prompted

Your account and associated data will be removed within 30 days.

Option 2 — By email

Email support to request deletion

If you can't access the app, send us an email from the address on your account:

Once we receive your request, your account and associated data will be deleted within 30 days, and we will send you a confirmation e-mail.

Deletion is permanent. Active subscriptions are not automatically refunded — manage or cancel subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play before requesting deletion.
